Liberal runaway arrested after stealing man's car at knife-point KSN-TV WICHITA, Kan. -- A 16-year-old Liberal runaway stole an Arkansas City man's car at knife-point. The man was still sitting in the car, which was parked at a local business, when the boy, holding a knife, ordered the man out of it.
